People live in different countries (195 countries), work and interact with different people (~3-4 crore average population of all countries).
Everyone is not at same position as compared to others. Everyone is not with the best possible work which can they can contribute to. Everyone is not with best possible team members.
But still, signs of good team are very common among the society
You get inspired, amazed, or surprised by each other work, personality time-to-time.
You have each other back, especially when nobody asked for it, but still you feel need for it.
You are together as ONE, when shit happens. And shit happens for sure. People can share success, real test is when failure hits them. Are they able to survive that as team?
You respect each other. And that is earned by people, not giving to them because of shitty policies.
You push each other to become better. If you can't be honest and positive for each other, you can't provide good suggestions to them.
They never get bored of each other. Am I being too unreal? Maybe, who knows, But.... People having right balance with people they work, people growing to their paths, people advancing in their life at personal/professional level. Those people are different in days, weeks, months. And being different is what keeps boredom away from humans (deep thought) 🙂
Do you know signs of bad team?
Whatever I mentioned above, just reverse them. (not technically, but results)
- You are bored of each other
- You are not able to get out anything new from each other
- When shit happens, you guys run to save your side first
- Respect comes only because of policy, otherwise you know other person is total shit
- Leave pushing, you don't even care about other person whether they are growing. You believe it's not your responsibility to interfere with others matter. But Until unless you try, you don't know whether you are helping OR disturbing. And you have to work with that person, so best of luck working and getting influenced from people who doesn't grow and don't push others also to grow
